               MANDATORY APPOINTMENT OF LAWYER


     The court shall appoint a lawyer for a juvenile when
required by RCW 13.32a.160(1)(c) or RCW 13.32a.190(1).  This
shall be accomplished by a general order to be implemented
by the Probation Department in conjunction with the
Department of Corrections.
