LRALJ 3.1
ASSIGNMENT
Appeals from a court of limited jurisdiction will be
assigned to an individual judge when a Notice of Appeal is
received by the Clerk of Court. The Court Administrator
will prepare and mail a notice of case assignment to the
lawyer for each party or party appearing pro se. The
assigned court will meet with counsel and set briefing
deadlines consistent with RALJ 7.2, and a date for oral
argument. Extensions and continuances are governed by RALJ
10.3. Parties are encouraged to prepare an agreed narrative
report of the proceedings in the court of limited
jurisdiction in lieu of a transcript.
