LRALJ 4.1
AUTHORITY OF COURT PENDING APPEAL
(a) Superior Court. After a notice of appeal has been
filed the clerk of the superior court will schedule the
following dates from the date of filing:
(1) 45 Days. For the receipt of appellant's brief and
a transcript of the record [See RALJ 6.3 and 7.2(a)]. If
the appellant has not filed a brief and transcript the clerk
will move to dismiss the appeal for lack of prosecution in
accordance with LRALJ 10.2(a).
(2) 75 Days. For the receipt of the respondent's brief
[See RALJ 7.2(b)]. On the 76th day from the date of filing
a Notice of Appeal the clerk will prepare and transmit a
notice to the Court Administrator. The Court Administrator
will mail a Note for Appeal Assignment (form
JRA–08.0100–1/81) to the lawyer for each party or any party
appearing pro se assigning said case to an individual judge.
