LRALJ 4.3
STAY OF ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT
(a) Civil Case. If the appellant seeks to stay
enforcement of the district or municipal court judgment from
which an appeal has been taken it shall be upon motion noted
for hearing as an issue of law (form CI–06.0300–6/98)
pursuant to LCR 40(b)(10). If an order staying enforcement
is made a conformed, certified copy of the order must be
filed by the appellant with the district or municipal court
from which the appeal has been taken.

(b) Criminal Case. If the appellant has been granted
an order staying enforcement of a sentence in a criminal
case by the court of limited jurisdiction in accordance with
RALJ 4.3(b) a conformed, certified copy shall be filed with
the clerk of the superior court.
