Suggested Amendment to RAP 16.20

TRANSMITTAL OF JURY QUESTIONNAIRES AND
CLERK’S PAPERS IN CAPITAL CASES

Purpose: The proposal clarifies that it is the Supreme Court clerk, not the trial court clerk, that provides the juror questionnaires to the appellate attorneys in a capital case.
