                        DECISION ON WRITTEN STATEMENTS


A person who has received a traffic or civil infraction may request by mail
or e-mail to mitigate their traffic infraction.  Mitigation hearings based on
written statements may be heard in chambers.

This court does not accept written statements for contested infractions.
