Issue
     May a judicial officer perform a wedding ceremony
outside of county where the judicial officer sits?

Answer
     RCW 26.04.050 authorizes judicial officers to perform
marriages in this state.  It does not place any restrictions
upon locations where judicial officers may perform
marriages.  A judicial officer may perform a marriage at any
location in the state.
