What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

Request that hearing notices be allowed to print on plain paper, and to have the ability to enter information on the notice regarding why a hearing is set (ie:  probation case - eval/treatment/AIS, etc.)

The work already completed on the warrant form change request, has similar features, name and address, case number, charge.

Expected Benefit:

Using plain paper would save court budgets now spent on multi part heairing notices.  The enchanced ability to indicate reason for hearing would potentially reduce the number of phone calls to the court.

Endorser’s Explanation and Comments

The endorsing group agreed that this request would be similar to the process being reviewed for request #58 (plain paper BW's).  Also, rather than adding a "comments" line for the hearing, the notes should pull from the HPO line.
