Defendants will not make payments without the option of paying online or by telephone.

What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

Currently the only choice is to select Y/N to have Official Payments information printing on billing statements sent to defendants. Add option to select NCourt information as an option to print on billing statements.

Many courts are now using NCourt as their vendor for processing online/telephone credit card payments.

Expected Benefit:

Defendants will have correct information on how/where to make their payments resulting in payments being made timely.
