Staff - Time saver. These days we all need to save time where ever we can.

What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

On screens where multiple cases for a defendant are listed, I would like to have the ability to add a docket note that will update all affected(or selected) cases

Example TPSE, CDT

Expected Benefit:

If a person has 15 cases on a time payment agreement an event occurs which need a docket note. It would save significant time if you could make a docket entry from the TPSE/or TPSC screen that would update the CDK on all cases.

The same thing can occur on the CDT screen - if a def calls about a court date and they have multiple - it would be very helpful to go to the CDT screen and select cases to have one docket update all.
