On RCP screen if a case is at potential accounts, or accounts created and NOT on time-pay, you can make a docket entry when receipting a payment, however if a case is on time-pay, the docket lines at bottom of RCP screen become unaccessable. Make it uniform/always able to make docket entry on docket lines regarless of whether accounts are on time-payment or not. |

Save clerical time/steps in having to make docket entries on seperate screens. We are more likely to need to make a docket entry when someone is ON time-pay (asking for extention, def advised has until ___date to get current, etc) than a case that is not on timepay/TPSC. Currently you have to receipt payment, then go to CDK to make entry. Docket lines are already on the screen, would be nice if they were accessable. |
