Superior Court Case Management System (SC-CMS) Project

The Judicial Information System Committee (JISC) approved the release of the Superior Court Case Management System (SC-CMS) Request For Proposal on June 22, 2012. Vendor proposals were evaluated at the end of August, 2012 and vendor demonstrations occurred in mid October. Client onsite visits in Arizona and Minnesota are scheduled for the last week of November and first week of December, respectively.

The AOC is scheduled to invite the successful vendor into contract negotiations in the first quarter of 2013. The selected vendor is scheduled to begin work in the second quarter of 2013.
