Address Type/Status

Address Type Codes

These codes are used on the Address History (ADH) and the Related Address/Phone Change (RAPC) screens.

MAI	Mailing Address
RES	Residence Address

Address Status Codes (Current Address Status)

These codes indicate the STATUS of a current mailing or residence address. Address status is recorded on the Address History screen (ADH). Refer to the JIS Online Manual Address History (ADH) Screen topic for more information. Address Status Codes equate to the US Postal Service endorsement stamps on returned mail and are used to indicate that the JIS mailing address is not valid.

AN	Attempted - not known
FE	Forwarding Address Expired
IA	Insufficient Address
MN	Moved - Left No Forwarding Address
NN	No Such Number
NS	No Such Street
RF	Refused
UC	Unclaimed
UF	Unable to Forward
VC	Vacant

Address Status Codes (Address Change Reasons)

The following codes are used as a REASON for changing a mailing or residence address.

CA	Confidential Address (participating in Secretary of State Program)
CC ***	Changed by JUVIS Conversion (system generated reason)
CE	Clerical Error
CI	Notified by LEA - Citation
CR ***	Copied by RAPC command (system generated reason)
DC	Notified by Department of Corrections
FX ***	OAC Repaired Database Error (system generated reason)
JL	Notified by LEA - Jail
JM ***	Copied by JUVIS Number Move (system generated reason)
MA	Moved With Forwarding Address
NA	Notified by Prosecuting Attorney
NB	Notified by Bond Company
ND	Notified by DSHS
NJ	Notified by Juvenile Probation Officer
NO	Notified by Other
NL	Notified by Department of Licensing
NP	Notified by Person
