Bonding Companies

Official/Organization records for bail bonding companies are created and maintained by a court using the OFOA/OFO screens. These records are shared statewide by all courts. A change to the name or address may affect another court.

Use the bail/bond company's name code on the Post Bail/Bond (PBB) screen.

To create a list of the companies frequently used in your court, screen print the Official/Organization (OFO) record or prepare a list of companies with their associated name codes.

Use the Official/Organization Duplicate command (OOD) with the partial name of the company and the name type OT to search for the organization person record for a bail bonding company.
