Official/Organization records for local LEA officers are added & maintained by the court using the Official/Organization Add/Update screens (OFOA/OFO). See the JIS Online Manual, Official/Organization section for and step-by-step procedures.

Courts can request a report listing officers from AOC Customer Services. See the JIS Online Manual, Miscellaneous Reports – Officer List section for information and a sample of the Officer Lists.
