For a criminal case where the DV Flag is set to Yes on at least one charge, the Order Type field defaults to NCO (No Contact Order) and cannot be changed.

For a criminal case where the DV Flag is set to No on ALL charges, the Order Type field is blank. Type NCO for a non-DV No Contact Order, HNO for an Anti-Harassment No Contact Order, or SXP for a Sexual Assault Protection Order.

For a Sexual Assault Protection Order, the DV flag must be N for ALL charges in the CURRENT information.

For a criminal case where the DV Flag is set to Yes on at least one charge in the current information on the SCOMIS Charge screen, the Order Type field defaults to NCO (No Contact Order) and cannot be changed.

For a criminal case where the SCOMIS Charge screen DV Flag is set to No on ALL charges in the current information, the Order Type field is blank. Type NCO for a non-DV No Contact Order, HNO for an Anti-Harassment No Contact Order, or SXP for a Sexual Assault Protection Order.
