Step 1 - JIS-Link Basic Access Subscription and License Agreement

THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE JIS-LINK SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS (AOC), AND SETS FORTH THE TERMS OF SERVICES PROVIDED.

BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE JIS-LINK SERVICE AND CLICKING ON THE "I agree to the Terms" BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AOC. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE "I do not Agree" BUTTON AND THE SUBMISSION PROCESS WILL NOT CONTINUE.
