Changes to the Display of Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Opinions

Beginning February 25, 2013, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals will begin providing an exact PDF copy of all opinions filed, along with the opinion information sheet. All PDF copies of the slip opinions filed on, or after, February 25, 2013 will remain on the Washington Courts website for a minimum of 15 years.

Once filing of the exact PDF copy of the slip opinions begins, a text (HTML) version of the opinions will no longer be made available on the website. The text versions introduced format errors to the opinions and changes to the pagination. This enhancement will solve these discrepancies.
