Washington Supreme Court Issues Orders on Andress Case

The Washington State Supreme Court has issued two orders in the case, Personal Restraint Petition re: Shawn Andress.    The first order changes portions of the opinion filed on October 24, 2002 and the second denies further reconsideration of the case.
