Justice Charles K. Wiggins Receives National AJS Herbert Harley Award

Washington State Supreme Court Justice Charles Wiggins was honored by the American Judicature Society (AJS) with the national Herbert Harley Award.  Named after the founder of AJS, the award is reserved for individuals whose outstanding efforts and contributions result in substantial, long-term improvements to the justice system at the state level.
