Washington Supreme Court Rejects Petition to Count Previously Disqualified Absentee and Provisional Ballots in Governor’s Race

The Washington Supreme Court has issued an order rejecting the petition of the Washington State Democratic Party to order a reexamination of previously disqualified absentee and provisional ballots in the recount for the gubernatorial election.  The decision by the Court was unanimous, signed by all eight justices who heard the case.
