The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) has officially unveiled a new online self-help system to answer frequently-asked questions regarding Washington State Court operations. Located online via the Washington Courts website at www.courts.wa.gov, the eService center is located at the top right-hand corner of the website. With a goal of providing web-based self-help to the public 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, the eService center provides answers to questions that generate phone calls and visits to courts throughout the state. Questions most frequently asked appear at the top of the program. Search functions can be performed for any keyword or phrase. As members of the public access the site, the knowledge of the database will grow, offering more answers over time. If users are unable to find answers to their questions in the current database, they are encouraged to submit a question directly to AOC Customer Services from an “E-Mail Washington Courts” tab that appears automatically after searching.
