Washington Supreme Court Issues Opinion in Washington State Farm Bureau v. Reed

The Washington Supreme Court has issued an opinion in Washington State Farm Bureau v. Reed.   A copy of the court’s opinion can be accessed online via the Washington Courts website at www.courts.wa.gov.

While Supreme Court opinions are typically filed on Thursday mornings, this case was heard on an expedited basis by the Court.  Oral argument was held in Olympia on June 30, 2005.
