Supreme Court Order In the Matter of the Recall of James E. West, Mayor of the City of Spokane

THE SUPREME COURT OF WASHINGTON

     This appeal came before the Court on accelerated review of a Spokane County Superior Court order finding a recall charge to be factually and legally sufficient.  The Court having fully considered the record, briefs and oral arguments, it is hereby

          ORDERED:

          The decision of the Spokane County Superior Court is affirmed.  Opinions will be filed in due course.
