The AOC is reissuing a request for proposal (RFP) to acquire a commercial off-the-shelf Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) and the services required to implement the ECMS, validate it, and deploy the ECMS in the Washington State Supreme Court and three  Washington State Court of Appeals Divisions.  The earlier RFP was released on November 29, 2012.  This RFP has been updated and edited with several sections of the earlier RFP changed or deleted.  The purpose of this edification and reissuance is to provide further clarifications on appellate court ECMS needs and to more accurately describe the vendor services that are being requested with regard to implementation and maintenance of the ECMS.
