The Washington State Supreme Court appoints the Commission Chair and the members. The Commission has twenty-one representatives from among the following: Court of Appeals, trial courts, tribal courts, County Clerks, trial court administrators, bar associations, attorneys, college or university professors, citizens, and staffed by the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
