The next meeting of the Implementation Strategies Work Group is set for Tuesday, April 20th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The meeting location is the 55th Floor Conference Room at Two Union Square in Seattle. A meeting agenda will be sent out the week of April 5th.

We have not scheduled many meetings prior to this time, in an effort to use your time wisely. The other Work Groups of the Court Funding Task Force have been meeting frequently and are finalizing their work. Their work products will now move to our work group and the Task Force for consideration and final development.

At this time, we anticipate two or three meetings of the Implementation Strategies Work Group to be interleaved with the full Task Force meetings set in April, May, and June. Wayne Blair, Task Force Chair, has set a target to finish the work of the Task Force in June, an ambitious but workable schedule.

We look forward to seeing you on the 20th of April as we begin our work in earnest.
