My judicial experience includes serving as the Judge for the City of
Kittitas Municipal Court for the past nine years, and serving as Judge Pro
Tem in Lower and Upper Kittitas County District Courts. I currently
serve as the Prosecutor for the City of Cle Elum, and have
previously served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Kittitas County.
Additionally, since 1996 I have maintained a private law practice in Kittitas
County, representing individuals charged with crimes throughout
Washington State.

Thomas Haven
Thomas Haven has served as Lower Kittitas County District Court Judge for fifteen years. Judge Haven also serves as a Court Commissioner for Kittitas County Superior Court and judge pro tem for the Upper Kittitas County District Court. He has served as visiting judge in Yakima County’s District and Municipal Courts. Prior to his election in 1990, he was Kittitas County’s Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.
