Lance D. Engle Lance Engle was raised in Snohomish County and has years of experience in criminal law working as a Chief Criminal Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutor, Regional Drug Task Force Prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. He also has 15 years of experience in many roles of law enforcement, serving as a detective, sergeant, hostage negotiator, and academy instructor with the Washington State Patrol. Tim Geraghty Tim Geraghty began his legal career in 1996 as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Thorpe, Snohomish County Superior Court. After his clerkship, he began working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney- prosecuting cases in all four Snohomish County District Courts; Everett, Cascade, Evergreen, and South divisions. He went on to work in Snohomish County Juvenile Court, Superior Court, and Drug Court.
