The e-filing solution we have not it not sustainable. We need an integrated solution that works easily for all users.

| What is the Business Problem or Opportunity |
|
We have been using eFiling.com since June, 2020. The solution works but it is not integrated into the Odyssey DMS/CMS so we have to manually attach the documents to the CASE EVENT. Additionally we would like to see a totally integrated Statewide e-filing solution so that litigants, attorneys, state agencies have one easy to use solution for all Superior Courts and Clerks of Court. This will also be a benefit for all so they will not need to travel to the courthouse to file documents, which is paramount during the COVID19 pandemic.

Improved customer services and access by eliminating requirement to file paper documents.
Improved efficiencies using electronic workflows, work queues, digital signatures, etc.
Reduced operation cost for County IT, as well as the State with increased productivity through automation of current paper based processes.

The Federal Courts have had e-Filing for many years, it's time the State Courts with the support of the Clerks implement a Statewide e-filing solution.
