As with any organization, Judge Sung should reexamine the nature of the organization periodically to determine if it is still appropriate to continue associating with it. For example, if Judge Sung determines that the local bar association is taking too many positions on legislation that are not related to the law, the legal system or the administration of justice Judge Sung should resign.
