About Caseflow Management

WSCCR provides courts with caseload management support in order to increase efficiency and access to justice. Courts manage the daily business of receiving and reviewing case materials, holding hearings, recording testimony and making case-related decisions. This involves the scheduling of judges, court staff, those who appear in court (including attorneys and interpreters) and facilities. To help court staff with efficiency, WSCCR’s caseload reporting roles include:

• Working with court staff and partners in the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to review existing reporting.
• Making recommendations to improve caseload reporting.
• Supporting a judicial branch culture of asking questions about performance and looking to appropriate information for insights.
