The Court Access Programs Section of the Management Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts, has developed this website to help individual courts evaluate their current access and accommodation policies, processes and procedures and develop plans to improve. Washington Courts need to be fully compliant with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), not only because it is the law, but because equal access to justice is a fundamental right.
