           In the interest of judicial economy, it is hereby
 
            ORDERED that, consistent with RAP 18.14(k), Division I elects not to use the Motion on the Merits procedure authorized under RAP 18.14. It is further
 
            ORDERED that the September 27, 2012 General Order In Re Restrictions on Motions on the Merits Practice is rescinded.
