GENERAL ORDER 2013-1

IN RE GUARDIANSHIP ORDERS UNDER CHAPTER 13.36 RCW. 
 
     Under the authority to add to the duties of this court’s commissioners 
conferred by Court of Appeals Administrative Rule 17(c)(7), it is hereby  
     ORDERED that Guardianship orders entered under chapter 13.36 RCW 
may be reviewed by a commissioner on the merits by accelerated review under 
the procedures established in RAP 18.13A.
