            In the interest of judicial economy, it is hereby:

            ORDERED that, consistent with RAP 18.14(k), Division Three elects to not use the Motion on the Merits procedure authorized under RAP 18.14. It is further

            ORDERED that the April 8, 2010 General Court Order In re the Matter of Court Administration Re: Restrictions on Motion on the Merits Practice is rescinded.
