In Re the Matter of Court Administration Order Re: Electronic Facsimile Transmissions for PRO Se

The Court of Appeals

State of Washington

Division III

Pursuant to General Rule 17, the Clerk of the Court may accept for filing documents sent directly to the Clerk by electronic facsimile (FAX) transmission.    Filings by FAX are for pro se case participants only and will be accepted in the following circumstances:

            (1) Emergency motions of any page length.

            (2) Any document other than briefs that is ten (10) pages or less.
 No charge will be imposed for facsimile transmissions.

This Court’s March 3, 2008 General Court Order regarding electronic facsimile

transmissions is rescinded.
