Washington State Redistricting PlanOn November 16, 2021, the Washington State Redistricting Commission informed the court that it was unable to adopt a redistricting plan by the midnight deadline. In such circumstances, article II, section 43 of the Washington Constitution directs the Supreme Court to adopt a redistricting plan that conforms to certain constitutional requirements by April 30, 2022.
