Commissioner Jeremy Rogers

Commissioner Jeremy Rogers was appointed by the Court of Appeals Division One, effective April 16, 2025. Commissioner Rogers joined Division One in 2018 as a staff attorney and later became this court's senior staff attorney. Before joining Division One, Commissioner Rogers practiced law for 13 years as a civil litigator in Seattle. He graduated from Washington University School of Law, served the Law Review as Notes Editor, and earned a bachelor's degree from Brown University. Commissioner Rogers also served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Character and Fitness Board, and as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court.
