General Orders of Division IGeneral Order re Pilot Project for RALJ Discretionary Reviews - Rescinded *
Consistent with the authority of the Court of Appeals to hear and decide cases, this court will engage in a pilot project to hear motions for discretionary review of superior court decisions entered in proceedings to review a decision of a court of limited jurisdiction under RAP 2.3(d). These motions for discretionary review will be decided by a three judge panel without oral argument. Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall initiate the pilot project to enable three judge panels to hear and decide motions for discretionary review under RAP 2.3(d) without oral argument.
