            Consistent with the authority of the Court of Appeals to hear and decide cases, it is hereby

 

            ORDERED that motions for discretionary review of superior court decisions entered in proceedings to review a decision of a court of limited jurisdiction under RAP 2.3(d), shall be decided by a commissioner, without oral argument, unless otherwise ordered by the court. 

 

            It is further

 

            ORDERED that the General Order dated December 31, 2009 regarding a Pilot Project for RALJ Discretionary Reviews is rescinded.
