IN RE COMMISSIONER SERVING AS ACTING CLERK OF THE COURT

            Under the authority to add to the duties of this court’s commissioners conferred by Court of Appeals Administrative Rule 16(c)(7), it is hereby

            ORDERED that if the clerk of this Court is unavailable, a commissioner of this Court may act as clerk of this Court for purposes of issuing mandates under Rule of Appellant Procedure 12.5 and for other purposes as directed by the Chief Judge.
