GENERAL ORDER 2016-1

IN RE MOTIONS ON THE MERITS UNDER RAP 18.14

            In the interest of judicial economy, it is hereby

             ORDERED that, consistent with RAP 18.14(k), Division Two elects to not use the Motion on the Merits procedure authorized under RAP 18.14 except when acting on the court’s own motion.

It is further ORDERED that this order shall amended effective on January 10, 2023.
