In RE the Matter of Court Administration Order RE: Conference Call Charges

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED  (1) This court’s July 20, 2006 General Court Order is rescinded; and (2) Telephone Conference arguments will be billed out at the rate of $25.00 (3) Telephone conference call charges shall be paid by the moving party, unless the Appellate Court directs otherwise in the ruling or decision on the motion.
