For Franklin County Clerk Family Law Facilitator Program, please access this link: http://co.franklin.wa.us/clerk/pdf/facweb.pdf Franklin County Family Court Facilitator Franklin County offers Family Court Facilitator services for those individuals that are on the domestic docket from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Mondays (except legal holidays, then on Wednesday) in the Franklin County Courthouse. You must sign in at the Superior Court Clerk's Office Room 306 to been seen by the Court Facilitator.
Forms are not available for sale from the Facilitator, but are available from the Clerk's Office, Legal Aid or online at http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/
Family law classes are held on the Third Tuesday of every month from 3-5 p.m. at the Legal Aid office. 418 N Kellogg Suite E. Kennewick WA 99336 (509) 734-9840
Topics include an overview of court procedures, divorce, modification of child support and parenting plans, paternity, and other related matters. The class is free for those under the poverty guidelines. There is a $20.00 fee, cash only, for those who are over the poverty guidelines. To sign up for classes, please call Legal Aid Society of Benton and Franklin Counties at (509) 734-9840.
