Call to Order
 
Pat Swartos called the meeting to order at 11:10a.m.
 
·        Members Present: Jeri Cusimano, Linda Enlow, Angela Hollis, Kathy Seymour, Pam Springer, Pat Swartos, Carol Vance.
·        Members Absent: Pat Austin, Linda Bell, Kathy Martin.
·        AOC Staff Present: Charlotte Jensen, Janet Skreen, Lori Murphy, Robin Trail, Beth Taylor, Terri Paxton.

Review June 9, 2008 Minutes
 
Motion to Approve made by Carol Vance, seconded by Pam Springer.
The June 9, 2008 minutes were approved as written.

Update of Work Completed Since Last Meeting

·        Eticket# 080415-000068 – Domestic Partnerships, New Domestic Cause Code (DPC, DPN, etc.) – Completed.
·        Eticket # 080212-000002 – Code Request for Superior Court Docket TCO – Completed.
·        Eticket # 080328-000047 – Interpreter Services Hearing, STS Codes for CLJs – Completed.
·        Eticket # 080415-000053 – Criminal Street Games, New Civil Cause Code PRG – Completed.
·        Eticket # 080417-000020 – Construction Zone New Code Request for Consideration – Completed.
·        eService Ref. # 080529-000032—Courts of Limited Jurisdiction. This was for the Tacoma Narrows Toll increase – Complete.
·        eService Ref. # 080415-000078—Superior Courts. The visitation rights, new dependency cause code RVS – Complete.
·        eService Ref. # 080307-000041—Juvenile Courts. It was a docket code request for EDRHO – Complete.
·        eService Ref. # 080327-000013 and #080327-000020– Juvenile Court. It was a code request, DVA, Domestic Violence Assessment Fee. Beth Taylor – We had noticed that the Juvenile Work Group originally declined this, not wanting to get that specific; however, it’s going to come back up for a review in two weeks. We have a meeting coming up. So, we’ll keep it open for now and it’s with the Juvenile Work Group.

·        eService Ref. # 080415-000053–As to District Courts. Criminal Street Games, New Civil Cause Code PRG – Complete.
·        eService Ref. #080415-000089--Superior Court. Dependency Matters, New Docket Code DEPINT – Complete.

Outstanding Codes Requests

Request to change current hair color “BAL” for Bald to XXX for unknown (tabled to the September 23 meeting).

Request for new PLS screen code “MRT” for Moral Reconation Therapy. After discussion, the committee decided to recommend a more “generic” code of “BTP” for Behaviorial Therapy Program.  Jeri Cusimano moved to approve, Angie Hollis seconded—BTP code approved.

Requested Code PFS—Petition for Seized Goods Civil Cause Code. Require IN Type Participants instead of CV type participants.
Pam Springer moved to deny this request, Jeri Cusimano seconded—request denied.
(The committee suggested that, if the requester wishes to pursue this further, they should put in a request to the JISC.)
