The Office of Guardianship and Elder Services Section of the Management Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts, has developed this website to help individual courts evaluate their current access and accommodation policies, processes and procedures and develop plans to improve.  Washington Courts need to be fully compliant with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Identify and explain the goals associated with providing equal access;
• Give an overview of the ADA requirements;
• Provide model policies, procedures and forms; and
• Provide assistive technology and training resources.
