                           MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT JUDGMENT

     (a)  Filing.  A party may file a motion to set aside a default judgment or dismissal
entered at time of trial for failure of such party to have appeared for trial.  The motion
shall set forth "good cause" reasons for having failed to appear for trial.

     (b)  Time for Motion.  The written motion must be filed within 30 days of entry of such
