Rule 16.3 – PERSONAL RESTRAINT PETITION - GENERALLY

Submitted by the Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association

Purpose: This amendment is intended to make the rule clearer, and thus easier to understand, particularly for the many pro se petitioners that seek relief from restraint under these rules.
