Requestors please note:

  1. Submitting a request for work does not guarantee the work will be approved by WSCCR.

  2. We may require that the requestor first obtain approval from a human subjects protection Institutional Review Board before data can be released.

  3. We may require that Court Research or some other Washington Courts entity have a specified amount of time to review any product generated with data we provide before it is released.

  4. The requestor may be required to present results to the appropriate court or group of courts.

  5. Requested work may require payment by the requester. Cost estimates will be provided to the requester before work begins.
